Charles Allen 

Crew Chief

Charles came to JA MotorSports in 1998 taking the role of crew chief. Charles has been involved with racing for the last 40 years as a driver and crew member for most notably Jack Morris. In addition to being the crew chief he handles the tire, finances, and over all operations of the team. Charles is a valuable asset to the team and we hope for many years to come.
